1. Tortuga Island: If weather conditions make it unsafe to board the boat, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
2. Jaco: The same policy as in Tortuga Island applies in case of adverse weather conditions.
3. Bioluminescence: In the event of a lunar phase that does not allow for the observation of the bioluminescence phenomenon, the tour will be canceled, and the cost will be refunded.
4. Canopy: If there is strong wind, constant lightning, or precipitation, the canopy tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be provided.
5. Surfing Lessons: If the surf is high or tidal conditions are unfavorable due to weather, the surfing lessons will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.
6. ATV Tours and ATV Rental: The tour or rental will be canceled if heavy precipitation makes ATV riding unsafe.
7. Horseback Riding: In the case of very high rivers that make horseback crossing challenging due to weather conditions, the tour will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.

Money will be refunded in the situations mentioned above due to weather or alternative conditions. However, no refund will be issued if the customer does not meet the following requirements: Cancellation must be made within 48 hours’ notice before the tour departure.
